It’s good located. Close to the beach (5 min) and the center (7-10 min). Mercadona is next to the apartment.
The only negative thing about the location is that it is next to a quite busy street during the day.
The apartment is quite old and the walls are not painted for years. All the kitchen equipment are available. In winter it gets cold inside.
