Beautiful apartment, with all the cons of a 1st floor

👍 Lo bueno- I love love love how quiet it is most of times, super bright and spacious.
👎 Lo malo- Roaches every summer, random surprises. This year (2025) I had to hire a pest service because it felt it was getting out of hand.
- Barely no interaction w the neighbors but very nice in general whenever I've had to be in touch.
- Best area of Barcelona in my opinion. Super well connected and right next to the center while being an interior apartment.
- The restaurant next door has its storage space right below.
- Neighbor right in front is not mentally ok. Thankfully it seems he's been taking the right medication for a year. Lots of shouting, loud music before.
- Building from the early 2000s, it's a bit old.
